Added 7-21-2011..Tony and Katherine's Redwood Carport !! A beautiful home on a corner lot in a well traveled historic neighborhood. The only problem was the lackluster treatment of the driveway area. Working with the owners, we were able to design a substantial upgrade of the area, widening the drive, improving the grade slope, adding remote controlled security lighting and building a premium redwood entry with gates and towers.   View this Gallery

Jerry and Anna's Home in Oakland A Craftsman era gem sitting in a hidden valley south of Piedmont, this project was years in the dreaming.  Unique features include a warming drawer, awning and cottage style ultra low-e window upgrades, high efficiency appliances, wall mounted hidden tank toilet, tank water heater replaced with tankless on-demand heater, 7 foot french entry door, original five panel door converted to pocket door, and custom pantry system installed under the stairwell. Todd's Home in Danville A 1977 Ranch style home bought with a make-over in mind. The owner and architect came up with amazing framing and floor-plan upgrades that our team had a blast making happen.  Key features include moving the kitchen, eliminating dropped headers between rooms, veneering of texturing on walls and ceilings with cat. 5 smooth finish and tinted plaster refacing of fireplace. Upgrades include top of the line appliances, including a built in refrigerator, a super high efficiency HVAC system, a complete new roof with attic fans and an earthquake shut-off valve on the gas line. Gary and Bonny's Home in Berkeley The architect's own home, this modern marvel started out as a shed in the back yard. Gary used us to work through materials and installation challenges.  Involvement included execution of the vaulted ceiling treatment, loft floor radiant heating system, custom door casings, installing closet systems and fine redwood fencing of exterior spaces.
